The exposed masonry walls hint at the building’s 300-year history, grounding your practice in a modern space with real soul. We host up to 20 mats per class, ensuring the room feels cosy but airy — giving you full range of movement, even with props, without the fear of getting a foot in your face.
Bespoke arched mirrors line the walls, custom-fit and custom-lit to catch your every move — whether you’re checking your form or just admiring your as- outfit(!), we don’t judge. It’s the perfect setting for our variety of flows, though you’d be forgiven for taking a mid-class breather just to admire the view.
