Get To Know Your Instructor

What first inspired you to become an Instructor, and what keeps you passionate about it today?

I wasn’t always into fitness or movement at all — it actually started after experiencing loss, which brought on a lot of anxiety and depression. I attended my first yoga class and everything changed. For the first time, I felt safe, supported, and held. That feeling is exactly what I want people to experience in my classes. I truly believe that movement is medicine, and that belief continues to drive my passion every single day.

What can clients expect from your classes — your style, energy, or focus?

My classes are full-body, controlled, and high-intensity — designed to challenge you while emphasising the importance of pace and form. You can also expect a touch of flow to keep things grounded and intentional.

Do you have a favorite Pilates/Sculpt move or piece of equipment, and why?

My students will probably roll their eyes at this — but I love boat pose! It’s so versatile and can be modified or intensified in countless ways. It challenges both strength and stability, which makes it an amazing go-to move.

What’s one fun fact about you that clients might not know?

When I attend classes myself, I actually rest way more than my students get to in mine!

What do you hope clients walk away feeling after a class with you?

Empowered, grounded, and safe — inside and out.
