Get To Know Your Instructor

What first inspired you to become an Instructor, and what keeps you passionate about it today?

I was drawn to teaching after realizing how profoundly movement and breath can transform not only the body but the mind and spirit too. Exercise became my form of healing, a way to return to balance and strength during some of life’s most challenging seasons. Today, that’s what keeps me passionate: witnessing others reconnect with themselves through movement, finding empowerment, clarity, and calm in the process.

What can clients expect from your classes — your style, energy, or focus?

Expect a class that blends strength and softness, discipline and flow. My style is intentional, high-energy, and deeply mindful, balancing sculpt-style intensity with grounding breathwork and moments of stillness. I focus on form, functional strength, and the mind-body connection, creating an experience that challenges you while leaving you centered and recharged.

Do you have a favorite Pilates / Sculpt move or piece of equipment, and why?

I’m a firm believer in the power of the plank. It’s simple, raw, and incredibly effective, a full-body challenge that demands focus, stability, and strength. It represents everything I love about mindful movement: when done with intention, even the most fundamental exercise can create deep transformation.

What’s one fun fact about you that clients might not know?

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me outdoors with my little boy, barefoot in nature, moving, exploring, and breathing it all in. It’s my reset button and where I draw much of my energy and creativity from. That connection to nature feeds the energy I bring into every class.

What do you hope clients walk away feeling after a class with you?

I want my clients to leave class feeling powerful, present, and proud. Physically worked, mentally clear, and emotionally grounded. My goal is for each person to reconnect with their body’s intelligence, feel aligned within themselves, and carry that energy into the rest of their day.
