What inspired you to become an Instructor?

As a professional ballet dancer, I needed a stronger body without adding bulk... Pilates built a strong dynamic between strength and flexibility. What keeps me instructing is the confidence I see within clients and their ability to push out of their comfort zones.

What can clients expect from your classes?

Clients can expect a technical, precise class with some spice and a bit of drama along the way !

Favourite move or equipment?

My favorite equipment is the Magic Circle... this portable, light piece of equipment can be used in so many ways to tone, strengthen, and stretch your body.

What do you hope clients feel after class?

Clients should feel confident and optimistic... in and out of the studio, and that's one of the benefits of Pilates
