Get To Know Your Instructor

What first inspired you to become an Instructor, and what keeps you passionate about it today?

I’ve always loved the community vibe of group classes — that rare escape where you can switch off from the world (nothing beats it). 

My drive is to give people that 60 minutes that’s 100% about them — a chance to detach, focus on themselves, and leave feeling stronger and more connected.

What can clients expect from your classes — your style, energy, or focus?

I like to think about them as where Pilates meets strength. Slow control, Long Holds and an intense burn.

I design every session to build not just physical strength but a stronger mind-body connection, so you leave feeling centered and empowered.

I’ll cue you through each exercise so you understand exactly what you’re doing, why & what your building towards 

I also LOVE a deep core & Booty burn 

Do you have a favorite Pilates / Sculpt move or piece of equipment, and why?

Oooof so hard to choose. Maybe a booty band or ankle weights. So even when you think you're ’not working’ — you’re working hehe

What’s one fun fact about you that clients might not know?

Before cueing squats and planks, I was preparing macro-friendly meals and healthy protein treats as a health chef in a London gym.

What do you hope clients walk away feeling after a class with you?

Sweaty, Smiley & uplifted — like their body worked hard, but their mind finally exhaled. 

Like they just hit a reset button on their whole day.
